Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. PremierPath does not send marketing or promotional text messages without the recipient’s specific consent to receive those messages.

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.
Opt-out requests submitted by replying STOP are processed automatically. After the confirmation message is sent, no additional messages will be sent through the applicable messaging program unless you provide new consent or the message is otherwise permitted by law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
PremierPath may use telecommunications carriers, SMS aggregators, messaging platforms, customer relationship management providers, and other service providers solely to transmit messages, administer the messaging program, maintain consent and opt-out records, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with legal requirements. These providers are not permitted to use mobile information or text-message consent data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
PremierPath uses Twilio and related communications infrastructure to transmit and receive telephone calls and text messages.
You will receive text messages only when you have provided the consent required for the applicable type of message.
PremierPath may use artificial intelligence and automated technologies to:

AI-generated information may not always be complete, accurate, or error-free. You should verify important information with a PremierPath representative before relying on it.
PremierPath does not currently use AI voice systems to make unsolicited outbound marketing calls.

After you become a client, PremierPath may use Stripe to process invoices, payments, and recurring subscriptions.
